Junior Deluxe room features same amenities with our Junior Deluxe room but with the option of bringing your favorite pets with you. It is good for 4 pax and up to 5 pax when availing 1 extra bed.

An additional 1000 pesos per pet/head for small pet (10 kilos and below) and 2000 pesos for big pet (11 kilos and above) will be collected. Please select it as extra service when booking. Please be informed that there's a security deposit of 1000 pesos per room upon check-in. This will cover any damages incurred which may include, but not limited to, stained bedding or linens, scratches on the furniture or on the floor, infestation, extra cleaning that may be required, and/or lost revenue charges while the unit is out of service due to cleaning and repairs. The security deposit will be returned upon issuance of clearance by the Housekeeping staff on duty.

Availing this room comes with free pool access.

This room does not feature scenic outside view but you can easily access the swimming pool.

Pet policy

1. Asaricha Tropical Beach Resort allows pet in the property premises.
2. Owner is a registered guest, event attendee, and/or dining at the restaurant.
3. Pet (s) are only allowed in the rooms in which they are registered. Pet(s) are allowed in our Junior Deluxe Pet Friendly only (Room 106 and 107 only).
4. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted per room from 10 kilograms and below are considered a small pet and 11 kilograms and above is considered a big pet.
5. The following requirements must be provided by the pet owners upon check-in.
   • Updated vaccination record
   • Disposable Bags
   • Diapers
   • Pee Pad
   • Pet Towels

   Please clean up after your pet.

6. Under no circumstances shall any equipment within the property be used for animal use. This            includes available towels and linens. Any towels and linens used to their pet(s) will be charge a replacement fee. For any damage cost by the pet(s) shall be charged to the registered guest and must be paid immediately upon presentation of invoice.
7. Pet(s) are not allowed in swimming pool, back of the house area and Indoor Resto.
8. Pets are allowed to stay at the Asaricha Garden. The waste must be cleaned by the owners and properly disposed in secured disposable bags at all times. The guest shall maintain and keep the property in good and sanitary condition.
9. All pets must be clean, well groomed and free from fleas and ticks. The owner must accompany their pet(s0 at all times and kept on a leash when outside the room especially in the public areas.
10. The undersigned guest accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, cost and expenses including reasonable attorney fees, for personal injury or property damages that may be caused or attribute to their pet(s). The guest agrees to make any reimbursement for such damages on demand.
11. The undersigned guest agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Hotel management, its owner and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, cost and expenses including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or relating to any claims of personal injury or property damage caused by or attributed by their pet(s). The Hotel Management and its employees shall not be liable for any reason or whatsoever.

There shall be a security deposit of 2,000.00 per room upon check in to cover any loss or damage inside the room if there’s any during check out. If there’s none, it will be fully refunded after checking the room.
